Error description

• Target job issues CKZ00123E and return code 4 when processing
  XML some pages. This can occur when processing a node type B
  (DocType). In some cases the XML nodes cannot be found,
  resulting in the error.   Finding XML nodes is a requirement for
  finding XML string IDs. String IDs must all be translated from
  the source ID to the target ID when the source
  and target subsystems are not the same DB2 subsystem
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS ADDRESSED
  The target job does not always reset the LOGRBA to zeros. This
  can occur in SYSTEM page processing when one or more versioning
  ALTERs have been performed and the DB2 object has not been
  REORG'ed. This can affect utilities that depend on the cloned
  object to have the LOGRBA reset. For example, it may affect the
  Recover utility. The code has been changed to reset the LOGRBA
  when processing system pages.
