Error description

• FFDCFilter.processException() doesn't catch exceptions which
  causes the exception to be thrown to the code that called this.
   If this doesn't does't expect exceptions, this can cause the
  server to stop.

  A java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError is thrown during
  server shutdown in the
  com.ibm.ws.tcp.channel.impl.ZAioTCPChannel class.
  This exception is thrown during the invocation of
  FFDCFilter.processException.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added a try/catch for java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError to avoid
  any Throwables passing to callers from calls to
  FFDCFilter.processException().
  
  APAR PI39744 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
  8.5.5.7 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.
