  *                 set option 'Generate templates..' to 'YES'   *
  *                 on panel ADB2C11A 'Generate Analyze          *
  *                 Job', and set CHG templates on panel         *
  *                 ADB25TU3 'Specify CHANGE TEMPLATE Usage'.    *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When running a CHANGE with CHG          *
  *                      templates assigned, the CHANGE fails    *
  *                      to generate the required Work           *
  *                      Statement List ( WSL ) due to an        *
  *                      invalid Data set organization           *
  *                      (DSORG) for the CHANGES dataset.        *
  *                      The allocated data set is a             *
  *                      Partitioned Data Set ( PDS )            *
  *                      which is the wrong data set             *
  *                      organization.                           *
