PI39454: CD/PLEX CRASHED AFTER ISSUING A CHANGE PROCESS COMMAND UNDER IUI TO HOLD A MAXDELAY=0 PROCESS TARGETTING A NON-ACTIVE SNODE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After submitting a MAXDELAY=0 process from CD/Plex to SNODE
  which is down, customer can see the process in the TCQ.  But
  when they try CP (change process) option under IUI to HOLD the
  process, it's status does not change but they receive SOPB012I
  error and then the CD/Plex Manager crashes with ABEND0C4
  followed by ABENDU3006 and all servers terminate with
  ABENDU1025.
