Error description

  • This issue affects ClearQuest versions 8.0.1.6, 8.0.0.13 and
    higher, when the databases are hosted with on SQL Server with
    Turkish collation (Turkish_*).
    User names containing the latin "i" character fail to log in
    with an error reporting invalid credentials.
    The log in succeeds if, instead of the latin "i" character, a
    Turkish capital doted "ホ￸" is typed.

Problem conclusion
