Error description

• DB2 Change Accumulation Tool job may failed with ABEND0C4 during
  Log apply process with the following messages:
   GGC3601E Log apply task returned an error, RC=X'0C4000'
  GGC2802E The writer service returned an error, RC=X'00000C'
  Change Accumulation Tool can use multiple TCB s for the log
  apply process. Code was changed to correct a problem where some
  ACB's were not properly initialized before use.
