Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS will issue a message
  ADB1664E An internal error occurred. Diagnostic
  text=ADB2REG.GEN_UNIQ1(8300):INTERR00000003KU.TB
  when the DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS compares objects
  which include a table created in DB2 R710 which was migrated to
  DB2 9 which results in missing constraint information in the
  SYSTABCONST table.
