APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The customer's expectation is consistent with the way Studio
  builds the WAR file, but the CLI does not replicate this
  functionality.
  

Local fix

• The workaround is to manually copy these contents into the
  <project>/bin/classes folder and then run mfp restart.  This
  will rebuild and update the WAR to contain those resources.
