APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Because all Java EE 7 features have a minimum prerequisite
  of Java SE 7, the el-3.0 and jsp-2.3 features should not be
  allowed to be enabled when using a Java runtime less than 7.
  Starting a server with either of these two features enabled
  when using any version of Java runtime less than the minimum
  requirement should result in an error with the ID
  'CWWKF0032E'. For example, trying to enable the el-3.0
  feature on a server configured with a Java version less than
  7 should emit the following error message:
  
  '[ERROR   ] CWWKF0032E: The el-3.0 feature requires a
  minimum Java runtime environment version of JavaSE 1.7.'

Problem summary

  Enabling the el-3.0 or the jsp-2.3 feature on a server
  configured with a Java version less than 1.7 will be allowed,
  but will not work.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was fixed by specifying the correct minimum required
  Java runtime version. With this APAR, when using either the el-
  3.0 or jsp-2.3 features, the following message should be written
  to the logs:
  '[ERROR   ] CWWKF0032E: The <feature> feature requires a minimum
  Java runtime environment version of JavaSE 1.7' where <feature>
  is either el-3.0 or jsp-2.3.
