PI38676: RECENT BROWSER VERSIONS CANNOT CONNECT TO THE CAE SERVER IF THE CAE SERVER USES THE DEFAULT LOCAL HOST CERTIFICATE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Firefox version 37 and Chrome version 41 cannot connect to the
  CAE Server if the CAE Server is using the default certificate
  that ships with the product.
