Error description

• TRUNCATE TABLE SQL statement is generated as part of LOAD plans.
  It is invalid for parent tables, and recovery plan execution
  fails:
         TRUNCATE TABLE "Creator"."Table";
  .
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -20356, ERROR:  THE TABLE WITH DBID=644 AND
    OBID=5 CANNOT BE TRUNCATED BECAUSE DELETE TRIGGERS EXIST FOR
    THE TABLE, OR THE TABLE IS THE PARENT TABLE IN A REFERENTIAL
    CONSTRAINT.
