Error description

  • Customer has recently found out that nothing happens if right
    click on an item in a list and try
    to open it. It affects CQ 8.0.1.6 and 8.0.1.7
    
    I tested on CQ 8.0.0.10 and I was able to open the record.
    
    Step to reproduce :
    1 - On a record form, add a list control linked to a reference
    list field.
    2 - with cqweb, modify an existing record A and add into a
    reference list field an existing record B.
    3 â “ Save
    4 - Now select record B in the list control and right click to
    display the contextual menu and click on open record.
    5 - The record B is not opened.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.10.
    When a ClearQuest Web user right clicks on an record on a list
    view control, it can now be opened.
