  IMS High Performance Image Copy which is scheduled by IMS
  Database Recovery Facility issues IEC141I 013-60 ( MSGIEC141I
  RSN60 ) message for ddname ICE#DIN in FABJNTFS that builds DBRC
  NOTIFY Command build module.
  
  IMS HP Image Copy issues OPEN macro for ICE#DIN with RECFM=F in
  DCB although its data set has been allocated with RECFM=FB and
  LRECL=80 dynamically in IMS HP Image Copy. When blocksize is
  omitted, the system uses optimized value that is multiple of
  logical length. As the result, OPEN macro instruction failed,
  because the blocksize is not equal to logical record size.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJNTFS has been modified to issue OPEN macro instruction with
  RECFM=FB and LRECL=80 for ICE#DIN.
