Error description

• 1. Archive jobs after an unplanned IPL where IMS Connect
  isn't stopped can fail due to duplicate dataset name. This is
  caused by the timestamp for the first record being set from the
  open time of the P01 active journal.
  2. A corrupted active journal dataset may cause an archive job
  to ABENDS002 RC04.

  This APAR addresses the following issues:
  1. Archive jobs after an unplanned IPL where IMS Connect isn't
     stopped can fail due to duplicate dataset name.
     This is caused by the timestamp for the first record being
     set from the open time of the P01 active journal.
  2. A corrupted active journal dataset may cause an archive job
     to abend S002-4
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1. Ensure the correct open timestamp is used to set the
     timestamp for the first record.
  2. Add code to intercept the S002-4 abend.
