Error description

• Three issues being addressed:
  1. Online Data Extract abended with S0C4 in FPXSXIT0 at x'80A'.
  2. FPA Extract function detected subset pointer error
  incorrectly.
  3. FPA Extract function extracted incorrect data.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  1.Following commands calculate the segment prefix length
    incorrectly when both SSP=8 and COMPRTN are defined.
    -CAHNGE
    -EXTRACT
    -REORG
    -UNLOAD
  
  CHANGE, EXTRACT and UNLOAD commands issue HFPJ3104E and abend
  with ABENDU3104.
  REORG command issues HFPJ0034E and returns RC=08.
  
  2.Following commands skip segment expand process and output
    incorrect record when the commands continuously extract same
    segment, for which COMPRTN is defined.
    -EXTRACT
    -UNLOAD
  
  This problem occurs for UNLOAD only when the number of areas is
  increased.
  
  3.ODE abended with S0C4 in FPXSXIT0 at x'80A' when OUTPUT=USER
    (USER format) is specified, because ODE cannot extend
    the output edit buffer when it is full of edited USER format
    data.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1.FPA has been modified to calculate segment prefix length
    correctly when both SSP=8 and COMPRTN are defined.
  2.FPA  has been modified to output SEGREC_PREFIX/
    SEGREC_SUFFIX correctly by always calling segment expand
    process.
  3.ODE  has been modified to set the transfer size of USER
    format data correctly.
