Error description

• Additional 3 options for COPY command:
  1. FCTOPPRCP - the value for this option is gathered from ZPARM
    parameter called "FLASHCOPY PPRC".
  2. FASTREP - the value for this option is gathered from new
    ABPOPT called "COPY_FASTREP" which defaults to "PREFERRED".
  3. DEBUG - the value for this option is gathered from new ABPOPT
    called "COPY_DEBUG" which defaults to "NONE". If "NONE" is
    specified then no DEBUG option would be used at all.

  New message has been introduced - ABPU5552I. If COPY_DEBUG isn't
  empty and isn't equal to "NONE" then each line of COPY command
  output would be printed in form of ABPU5552I message.
