• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You will be able to view inactive snapshots when the legacy
  option
  to view them is not enabled and when you have not selected the
  "view
  inactive snapshots" checkbox. Both of these options is intended
  to hide the inactive snapshots, but these actions are not
  effectively hiding the data from displaying.
