APAR status

Error description

• When you are working in the IBM Rational ClearTeam Explorer
  (CTE) , you may find that you are unable to cut (Ctrl+X), copy
  (Ctrl+C) or paste (Ctrl+V)  within folders in CTE or from a
  drive location into CTE.  You may also see that these options
  are greyed out on the toolbar under Edit.
  
  This does not occur in 8.0.0.12 or 8.0.1.5 and earlier.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  If possible, use the ClearCase thick client to perform the
  operation.
