The @PostConstruct CDI managed bean classes are not called
on
instances that are injected with the @New CDI annotations.

The problem was reported in WebSphere Application Server
V8.0.0.9 Fix Pack.

Problem conclusion

A variable was not registered. This has been fixed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
