IBM Worklight Interim Fix README for 6.1.0.2

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer was not able to download Windows Phone 8.1 .xap file
  in Application Center 6.1.
  
  Customer environment: Worklight AppCenter client 6.1.0.2
  
  ::: Test results :::
  Customer uploaded .xap in AppCenter console and trying to
  download xap in AppCenter client opened in Windows Phone 8.0:
  ==> PASS
  
  Customer uploaded .xap in AppCenter console and trying to
  download xap in AppCenter client opened in Windows Phone 8.1:
  ==> FAIL
  
  In MFP 6.3 environment, developer was able to install
  the XAP file on Windows Phone 8.1.
  The installed application also properly launches and leads to
  a login screen.
  
  However, there is a known issue with Cordova which prevented
  the Application Center 6.2 client for Windows Phone to show up
  properly on Windows Phone 8.1, whereas it was properly working
  with Windows Phone 8.0.
  This issue has been fixed in Application Center 6.3.
  
  The Cordova issue is

  Developer may need to consider a backport of previous
  defect fix 44665 in RTC to a 6.1 environment.

Problem conclusion

• Application Center client 6.1 has been fixed to download and
  install Windows Phone 8.1 .xap file from IBM Application Center
