Error description

• If you attempt to execute RunTests with an invalid project
  location on Windows you do not see any error message.
  RunTests exits and the return code is 4 which is not documented.
  
  To see the exit code on Windows run:
  echo %errorlevel%
  
  On non-Windows systems you see:
  
  "JVM Terminated. Exit code=4"

Problem conclusion

• A fix for this issue was provided in version 8.7.0.1 of Rational
  Integration Tester. The RunTests command now returns an error if
  the project cannot be found.
