Error description

• If the securityUtility createSSLCertificate command is run
  and the key.jks file already exists the usage message from
  the command is returned.  It does not give users a good
  indication why the command failed to run.

Problem conclusion

• When the default keystore already exists a message will be
  returned saying say the keystore will not be created because the
  keystore already exists.
