Error description

• After upgrading to 5.3.1 displaying a CR returns the following
  error messages:
  
  ParseWsletBuffer WsletException: Failed to expand file due to
  java error
  Failed to Parse the WSlet Buffer file
  CSAttribute Wslet Failure
  
  This happens when a CCM_USER webtype attribute is on the form
  with no contents.
