• Looping IPISDBUA, the Database Update Activity report processor
  near offset x'105c' when processing internal index entries that
  are to be freed.                                          LOOPS

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The Database Update Activity report processor keeps chains of
  active and free Index entries which it uses to maintain lists
  of databases and blocks used/updated. Due to a corruption of
  the entry address passed to the routine designed to move
  released entries from the "active" to "free" queue entries
  are unlikely to be matched and released. This results in the
  active queue continually growing, increasing the time taken
  to scan and process the queue, and potentially if a match is
  erroneously made may result in cross-chaining of entries and
  a loop condition.
  

Problem conclusion

• Correcting the entry pointer passed to the routine to free
  the index entries addresses the above conditions.
