PI33875: 'Create System Model from Use Case' creates class instead of block for IBM Rational Rhapsody

Error description

• When you attempt to use the helper 'Create System Model from Use
  Case' from within a customized profile in Rhapsody it creates a
  class with the name of the use case instead of a block.
  
  SYMPTOM
  
  When you attempt to use the helper 'Create System Model from Use
  Case' from within a customized profile in Rhapsody it results in
  the creation of a class with the name of the use case instead of
  a block.
  
  Results:
  
  A class is generated with the name of the use case, instead of a
  block.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Open the attached project in Rhapsody.
  2. Right-click on the 'usecase_1' and select SE-Toolkit -?
  Create System Model From Use Case.
  
  WORKAROUND
  
  There are two possible workaround for this issue:
  
  1. Use Change To to Change the Class to a Block after its
  created, or
  2. Use Change To on the Project to change it to SysML before
  using the helper
