PI32676: SUPPORT FOR NO_SYSLGRNX KEYWORD

APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• Add support for the NO_SYSLGRNX keyword for Consistent Load.
  Currently if NO_SYSLGRNX is used in the consistent load syntax,
  the job produces message:
  HLO1126E  A token value was found that was either not part of
  the Loader command set or was misplaced in the Loader control
  cards.
  The value of the invalid token is:  NO_SYSLGRNX
  This APAR will also provide the ability to specify the keyword
  via the ISPF panels.
