PI32527: DFT RIC 811 destroyed and re-created instances can't been showed on browser again in Animation mode

Error description

• In our RiC sample model, ev1 in state_0 triggers the creation of
  3 instances and print out their addresses, ev2 in state_1
  triggers the destroying of these 3 instances. But when the ev1
  occurs in state_0 again, these instances should be created again
  because their addresses are printed out, but can't been showed
  on browser in animation mode.
