  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR fixes the following problems; *
  *                      1. If an user record-formatting routine *
  *                      is specified, the FABHURG1 utility      *
  *                      passes the pointer to the segment data  *
  *                      to the user exit routine in the         *
  *                      parameter 2.                            *
  *                      For each HALDB segment, an incorrect    *
  *                      pointer is passed.                      *
