Error description

• When client tries to save a new record by loading from template,
  old values are shown for list box, even after each field had
  their value changed. Customer would like to know how they can
  change the behavior so that they can save updated value for
  list-box field.
  
  Once a user add a value CQweb won't let you remove the last
  value from the List Box control.
  If the user adds a different value you can remove the first one
  you added but CQweb prevents you from removing all the values,
  the last one.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.7.
