Error description

• Running a Windows Phone 8 app may result in the app not loading
  properly, and failing to load subsequent JavaScript application
  files.  One visible effect may be translation strings not
  appearing correctly.  Running the code in a pure Cordova 3.7
  environment outside of Worklight results in the app running

Problem conclusion

• A fix to AngularJS has been applied to the XHRHelper class in
  the Cordova wp8 platform. This fix avoids reloading on
  InjectScript Method when a url is changed. An updated
  WPCordovaClass.dll with the fix has been created, and put into
  the releases for MobileFirst Platform Foundation Studio 6.2,
  6.3, and 7.0.
