Error description

• Customer was unable to install JobSchedulerMDILP.ear with the
  provided installWSGridMQ.py script resulting in
  FileNotFoundException.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The user was unable to install the      *
  *                      JobSchedulerMDILP.ear ear file with     *

  *                      provided installWSGridMQ.py script.     *

  When the installWSGridMQ.py script is run on a Z machine where a
  host other then the one connected to is used, the
  JobSchedulerMDILP.ear file is not installed properly.
  

Problem conclusion

• There is now a check if the user is running on z/OS as well if
  they are using a different host.  If both of these are true
  then the parameters passed in to install the
  JobSchedulerMDILP.ear are changed up to configure for a
  different host.
  
  APAR PI31682 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
  8.0.0.5 of WebSphere Compute Grid 8.0 and Fix  Pack 8.5.5.7 of
  WebSphere Application Server.
