Where &MBR appears in the SYSLMOD DD, it should be changed to
IRT#CPID.

IRT#CPID is missing the JCL SET statement for variable MBR.

Program IRTZAOPT specified too little secondary allocation
space for the temporary dataset which contains the options
listing.

Problem conclusion

  • IRT#CPID now contains the JCL SET statement for variable MBR.

The secondary allocation for the options listing dataset has
been increased in module IRTZAOPT.
