  The reason code 00940001 was due to
  kqiTopicDeregisterSubscriber returning
  KRCE_IDENTITY_MISMATCH during end-thread processing

  During end-thread processing for a client channel, a return code
  of KRCE_IDENTITY_MISMATCH is returned by the routine
  kqiTopicDeregisterSubscriber in CMQXKTPT.
  CSQMCLS2 does not have any code to handle this return code so
  issues abend 5C6 00D40085 (CSQM_ABEND_TOPICMGR_ERROR) which
  results in the qmgr terminating with reason code 00940001.
  The return code is generated because the pubsub topic manager
  has been shut down (using ALT QMGR PSMODE(DISABLED)), and
  restarted at some point leaving handles pointing to freed
  subscription storage. This storage is reused causing a mismatch
  between what is expected and what is actually in the storage.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module CSQTOCTH has been added to clear handles referencing
  topic manager storage when topic manager is shutdown.
  CSQMCLS2 has been altered to handle KRCE_IDENTITY_MISMATCH
  correctly.
