APAR status

Error description

• When installing JDK7, a message comes up, that these two files
  under <Liberty_Home>/Java  are malformed:
  handleJavaEnv.jdk7.ant.xml
  handleSecurity.jdk7.ant.xml
  These are the only files in this directory.

  On Windows, if the registry entry
  HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Command
  Processor/DelayedExpansion is set to 1, the
  Windows Command Processor treats !xx! like %xx% as a variable
  This causes JDK7 Installation Manager offering to create
  bad ant scripts (handleJavaEnv.jdk7.ant and
  handleSecurity.jdk7.ant) when it calls Windows Command
  Processor to process its metadata '<!CDATA' which includes '!'.
  

Problem conclusion

• The solution is to use '^^!' to replace "^!" so that "!" is
  kept.
