Error description

• A report with optional prompts in Cognos 10.1.1 now shows the
  same prompts as required in Cognos 10.2.1.
  This happens under very specific circumstance where the report
  is using a calculated data item in a filter.
  The Data Item calculation is
  case
  when ?NotAcct? = 'NotAcct' and <[Model or Query Data Item]> not
  like '%'||?parameter?||'%'  then 1
  when ?NotAcct? = 'Equals' and  <[Model or Query Data Item]> like
  '%'||?parameter?||'%' then 2
  else 0
  end
