Error description

• HIPAA 837I transaction fails type 4 type tree validation, but
  passes compliance check. If following HI segment is removed from
  the transaction, the data passes type 4 type tree validation:
  
  HI*BH:11:D8:19140609*BH:I~
  
  The issue is present in both HIPAA Pack 4.3.2.2 and 4.4.1.3.
