PI31116: INCORRECT TEXT JUSTIFICATION IN RIGHT TO LEFT DOCUMENT IN PDF FORMAT

Error description

• When selecting the horizontal alignment of a text element to
  "justify", and the direction of this element is right to left,
  the last incomplete line must be aligned right. It works fine
  when displaying the report in HTML, but when displaying it in
  PDF, the last line is always aligned left.
