    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    For performance reasons, Application Placement Controller
    (APC) suggests stopping a Member. However, the Minimum(MIN)
    Instances policy should be honored. The server is being
    stopped even when it is detected that it would violate the MIN
    policy.

Problem conclusion

  • The APC code is fixed to honor the MIN policy and will not
    stop a JVM if it is suggested for performance reasons.

    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 8.5.5.5. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
