Error description

• WL.Client.connect enters an infinite loop if the Android project
  is built with the Target SDK version of 20 and above and the
  application is executed on on a device running Android 5.0+
  (Lollipop.)  If the application is executed on a device running
  an older version of the Android OS, it will continue to function
  correctly.

  For Android apps built with targets API level 21 or higher, the
  system blocks mixed content and third party cookies by default.
  IBM Mobile First platform uses persistent cookies for
  authentication. The system blocking third party cookies causes
  IBM Mobile First platform to perform endless connection attempts
  doe to authentication failure.
  

Problem conclusion

• The issue has been fixed by setting the system to allow third
  party cookies.
