Error description

• When trying to edit Cobol based BOM static domains in
  ODM 8.6 Decision center Enterprise Console (teamserver), the
  below error message is found in the server logs:
  ERROR: Cannot find value info for key: ilog.rules.extension.
  cobol.valuecheck.StringValueInfo
  

Local fix

• Add to decision center ear file, in teamserver.war/WEB-
  INF/lib/teamserver-web-webui-8.6.0.0.
  jar/ilog/rules/webui/preferences.properties, the 4 below
  properties:
  info.ilog.rules.extension.cobol.valuecheck.StringValueInfo=com.
  ibm.rules.cobol.valuecheck.StringValueInfo
  info.ilog.rules.extension.cobol.valuecheck.IntValueInfo=com.ibm.
  rules.cobol.valuecheck.IntValueInfo
  info.ilog.rules.extension.cobol.valuecheck.DoubleValueInfo=com.
  ibm.rules.cobol.valuecheck.DoubleValueInfo
  info.ilog.rules.extension.cobol.valuecheck.
