PI30508: ATTEMPTS TO CREATE AN URL LINK FROM A SKETCH USING THE RICH CLIENT IS NOT POSSIBLE

Error description

• Environment:
  IBM Rational Software Architect Design Manager (RSA DM) version
  5.0.1
  IBM Rational Software Architect Design Manager Client Extension
  version 5.0.1
  IBM Rational Software Architect (RSA) version 9.1.x
  
  Since you are able to create an URL link from web client, it is
  expected to be able to perform the same task in the RSA rich
  client.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  Using the RSA DM Client Design Explorer
  1. Add a folder called Folder1
  2. Add a new Sketch Sketch1 to Folder1 by right clicking and
  choosing add New -> Sketch
  3. Add a folder called Folder2
  4. Add a UML model M1 to Folder2 by by right clicking and
  choosing add New -> UML Model
  5. Make sure that the model M1 contains a diagram
  6. Go back to Sketch1 and add an URL link using the palette
  entry
  7. Click on the "set link" entry which appears in the sketch to
  bring the "Create URL" dialog
  8. Click on "Browse Workspace" in the dialog
  9. Go to the "Browse" tab and navigate to one of the diagram of
  your model M1
  
  Expected result
  You are allowed to choose one of the diagram of M1 and be able
  to finish the URL creation by clicking on the OK button
  
  Actual result:
  The OK button is greyed out. You can only cancel the Create URL
  dialog.
