PI30338: EAV COMPATIBILITY UPDATE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• AKD calls a few DASD macros such as DEVTYPE, LSPACE, etc
  to perform functions, but those calling are EAV incompatible.
  The product code itself fully supports EAV volumes. It does
  not use the data from these calls that might cause issues on a
  large volume. However, such calls may show up when the product
  is checked for EAV compatibility.

  To avoid such issues, all the DASD macro calls have been
  checked and corrected to either specify that the caller is EAV
  aware or to use EAV-compatible version of the macro.
