*                      MQRC_MAX_CONNS_LIMIT_REACHED after RRS  *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
After RRS is restarted, foreground applications (TSO) may not be
able to connect to the queue manager because MQCONN/MQCONNX
fails with MQRC 2025 MQRC_MAX_CONNS_LIMIT_REACHED.

This problem is the result of the internal counts of active
agents being decremented twice for the same agent and becoming
negative.

The queue manager has to be restarted to recover from this
condition.

    



Problem conclusion

decremented correctly.
