PI30134: ALT SQLCODEN203 WHEN USING THE X ENFORCING INDEX LINE COMMAND.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' ALT function fails with
  a SQLCODEN203 / SQLCODE -203 when the 'X Enforcing index' line
  command is issued on panel ADBP7CN 'Alter - Unique Constraints'
  if the ORDER command has been previously issued on panel
  ADB21X 'Indexes' and CREATOR selected as the order by column.
  

Local fix

• DELETE the ORDER on panel ADB2SORT.
