  * than 50 characters in byte length for a text or print form.  *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The original fix for the original APAR PI28316 did not go    *
  * far enough. This new fix checks for dbchar and mbchar for    *
  * the situation where the text length > 50 characters, which   *
  * creates the need to send the data to the mainframe as binary *
  * instead of text. Without this, the text was sent and the     *
  * build server erroneously modifies the data, causing the MFS  *
  * compiler error.                                              *
