*                 z/OS who run Compare to generate a DELTA     *
*                 change or use Change Management (CM) to      *
*                 analyze a change which contains GRANT        *
*                 statements.                                  *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the Change Management        *
*                      function to analyze a change or run     *
*                      the Compare function to generate a      *
*                      DELTA change which contains GRANT       *
*                      statements, the statements for          *
*                      existing objects (not newly added       *
*                      objects) were erroneously propagated.   *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

Authorizations for existing objects should not propagate when
analyzing a change using Change Management or generating a
DELTA change using Object Compare.  Authorization propagation
support is only for newly added objects.
