PI28761: AFTER PI07355, CHANGE DATA CAPTURE SUPPORT FOR DEDB FLD CALLS, 9904 RECORD IS MISSING THE CHANGE AFTER IMAGE IN SOME CASES

Error description

• PI07355 added support for Change Data Capture on DEDB FLD calls.
  Customer noticed that the after-image data for FLD call changes
  was not always present in 9904 record written during commit.
  Investigation showed that the logic in DBFSFLD0 which captures
  the after image data was not in the right location to capture
  all cases.

    Add code to ignore the PATH option in case of FLD call as the
    path information is not reliable.

    Modify code to call COPY_SEGMENT to copy after compressed
    image.
