Error description

  • In a ClearCase VOB with ACLs enabled, certain other
circumstances (as yet unclear) may result in
the replay of a mkelem operation getting annotated
"Warning: Defaulting protection to rolemap of parent
    directory in importing replica "replica-name".

This annotation gets added to the comments of the oplog entry,
and also to the element itself.
The event type / operation of the event is "create" / "mkelem"
So that an "lshistory" of the element shows
    %cleartool lshist -eventid
    oid:20203257.337a11e3.9cd8.6c:3b:e5:b4:5d:f8

This double "create file element" is benign for ClearCase run

    * In a ClearCase nonpreserving replica with ACLs enabled, *
    * syncreplica replay of a mkelem oplog may generate a second *
    * "create file element" event in the database, which can cause *
