Error description

• The IBM Rational ClearTeam Explorer Eclipse plugin will hang
  when an attempt to hijack a .classpath file is made in a web
  view.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Start Eclipse with CTE plugin
  2. Import an Eclipse project into CC
  3. Create a web view with CTE plugin
  4. Make sure an activity is UNSET in the web view
  NOTE: if the web view is set to an activity, the problem cannot
  be reproduced
  5. In the CTE perspective, right click on project and then
  select Project Properties
  6. Modify any field (e.g.: Build Path) and then select OK
  7. A dialog box with the option to hijack is presented
  8. Hijack .classpath
  9. CTE will hang
  

Local fix

• Setting an activity prior to attempting the hijack will work
  around this.
  Dynamic views are not affected.
