PI28001: CQWEB TOOLBAR APPEARS AS A BLACK BOX IN INTERNET EXPLORER 9, 10 AND 11

Error description

When accessing CQWeb with Internet Explorer 9, 10 or 11, the
toolbar appears as a black box, making it difficult to use the
toolbar buttons.

There exists a workaround for this issue:

1.    Open IE Internet Options and select the Advanced tab.

2.    Find the Accelerated graphics section

3.    Check the option Use software rendering instead of GPU
rendering

4.     Restart your computer.

Problem conclusion

A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.13 and 8.0.1.6.
The ClearQuest Web toolbar now displays correctly when using
Internet Explorer 9, 10 or 11.
